I am a firm believer that a healthy lifestyle is far more than the physical aspect, which is why I fell in love with health and wellness. I will offer a safe space to grow and challenge your body. I aspire to instill confidence and create lasting change within my clients. With five years of training experience, I am confident that I can help my clients reach their goals and live healthier lives. When I am not in the gym, I am working as a commercial realtor. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and sweating in a hot yoga studio. When my partner, Suyan, and I are not at the gym, we are with family, at a coffee shop, or enjoying each other’s company.

I knew at a young age that I wanted to be part of the fitness industry. I grew up watching Richard Simmons and he was my biggest inspiration. His positive energy and motivational techniques influenced me, to be me. After working over ten years as a personal trainer, I am blessed to say that I feel like I haven’t worked a single day in my life. When you do what you love, it doesn’t feel like work. I want to inspire, motivate, and teach my clients the art of working out. I will personally tailor each client’s program to assist them in achieving their goals. Outside of Sol Fitness, I am a father to my two boys. My partner, Monique, and I enjoy going on walks with our dog and eating good food. I have a passion for outdoor sports, and I am always up for a good challenge.

I am in love with the world of health and fitness and as a result, I am honored to pass on my experience and strength as an Executive Health Coach. I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. During that time I have found great purpose and meaning in my training and am passionate about sharing that purpose and meaning with others. Transforming my life for the better, from the inside out, is an amazing journey that I have found through health coaching. Helping others along their fitness journey is a beautiful process that I am so grateful to be a part of. We always try and bring our very best to the present moment, present set, and present rep.

I chose to get into fitness because I saw what it could do for someone mentally. I fell in love with the process of making myself better every day and finding my passion. Through fitness I have found that becoming the best version of yourself is an every day process. Its created discipline and healthy habits in all aspects of my life. I want to show my clients that change is possible, and it all starts with holding yourself accountable every day.  My clients will quickly learn that I want to see them grow physically, but more importantly mentally.  Aside from the gym, I work with children part time and I serve in the Army National Guard.

I have been in the fitness industry now for 14 years, worked with many age groups and fitness levels. Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I have two kids, my firstborn was the reason I started exercising and became interested in the health and wellness of not only myself but others. I wanted to teach people how to become a better version of themselves through exercise and nutrition. I want to make your workout fun and interesting. I want you to feel proud and accomplished with yourself when you walk out that door. My clients are the reason why I love what I do. Which is to empower with the knowledge, skills, support, resources and to assist them to give inspiration on their fitness journey to a healthier and more prosperous life.

I am 23 years old and I started my fitness journey at 19, starting at close to 300 lbs. The past four years I have seen the most growth in myself than I ever imagined. I try to better myself every day through my mind and body. Working out gives me a sense of confidence in myself that I never had growing up. I want to give that same feeling of growth and knowledge that you can become a better you at any time, all it takes is a starting point and sometimes a little help.

Hi there, my name is Haley. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) looking to help you become a better athlete. I played a variety of sports growing up, started lifting weights 7 years ago, and have participated in Crossfit for 6 years now. I train to improve my functional fitness. I want to feel good when I am doing the things I love; Hiking, camping, and running my own small art business are only a few. I am always looking for new creative ways to keep up my health and would love to help you find new ways to improve yours.

What's up, I'm Austin. If you are looking to get big, strong, and athletic then I'm your guy. I have participated in all kind of sports including taekwondo, track, and basketball, to name a few. Nowadays when I'm not restoring old cars and trucks, flying the American Flag off my Dodge Ram Cummins, or driving big rigs. I find myself in the gym... lifting weights. Through my experience with sports and my weightlifting regimen, I have managed to go from 145lbs to a healthy and muscular 230lbs. I want to improve myself in all aspects of life, fitness is a really good starting point. I want to help you improve your life, let's start your fitness journey together.
